How Do Subscriptions Work?

Think of your subscription as a pass — not a schedule.

When you sign up, you’re unlocking discounted rates, included laundry bags, and other perks. But you decide when to send in your laundry.

  • Just want to place orders when needed? Easy — your membership benefits will kick in as soon as we receive your laundry.

  • Prefer to keep it automatic? Set up a recurring pickup schedule and let it run in the background.

Each tier includes 48-hour turnaround by default, but you can always upgrade to faster service if needed.
No orders are created on your behalf — you stay in control, and we handle the rest.

Does the subscription price include pickup and delivery?

  • Full Tumble: Yes — pickup and delivery are included and handled by our in-house team.

  • Duo Cycle & Solo Spin: These use our on-demand delivery partners, and a delivery fee still applies. We subsidize part of that cost for you, but the remaining fee is the same as it would be for a one-time order.

What’s the turnaround time for subscription orders?

All subscriptions include 48-hour turnaround by default — that’s the standard service your plan covers.

If you ever need your laundry back faster, you can upgrade to a rush service (like 8-hour or 4-hour) for an additional reduced fee. Your membership still gives you a discount on those faster options — it's just a little extra because of the quicker turnaround.

Here’s how the rush discounts break down:

  • Solo Spin: Save $0.10 per lb on any rush service

  • Duo Cycle: Save 10% off all rush turnaround times

  • Full Tumble: Save 20% off all rush turnaround times

No surprises — we just want you to have the flexibility to speed things up if you ever need to. Otherwise, stick with 48 hours and it’s already included in your plan.

Can I carry over unused laundry to next month?

  • Duo Cycle & Full Tumble: Yes — unused laundry rolls over for 1 month.

  • Solo Spin: No rollover included.

What if I go over my plan’s bag limit?

Not to worry — we’ll still process all your laundry. Anything over your monthly limit will simply be charged by the pound, based on the turnaround time you choose.

For example, if your plan includes 100 lbs and you send in 125 lbs, the extra 25 lbs will be billed at our standard rate for that service speed.

Do I have to use all my bags or pounds in one order?

Nope — you can spread out your laundry across multiple orders throughout the month. Use it however it works best for you.
