  1. How does pickup work?
    We’ll pick up from campus housing or nearby apartments once a week (Monday–Friday). You can set up a recurring order or just place an order when convenient for you.

  2. What’s included in the 100 lbs/month?
    All wash & fold laundry: clothes, towels, sheets, etc. (Dry cleaning not included.)

  3. What happens if I go over the 100 lbs/month?
    Extra pounds will be billed at our regular per-pound rate.

  4. Can I roll over unused pounds?
    Yes — up to 1 month of unused pounds can roll over.

  5. What’s the turnaround time?
    48 hours from pickup to delivery.

  6. Do you offer hang dry?
    Yes — up to 10 items/month included, with extra hang dry available for a small fee.

  7. Do you offer rush service?
    Yes — semester plan members get 10% off our 8-hour & 4-hour rush options.

Sign-Up & Payment

  1. How long is the commitment?
    This plan runs for 4 months once signed up.

  2. Do I have to pay upfront?
    Yes — semester plans are paid in full at sign-up.

  3. Can I cancel and get a refund?
    You can cancel within the first 7 days for a prorated refund; after that, the plan is non-refundable.

Special Cases

  1. What if I’m away for a week?
    You can skip a week — just let us know. Your unused pounds will roll over (up to 1 month).

  2. What if I live off campus?
    Not a problem! We will still pick up from you.
